• The clubhouse rental is for the entire day. The rental fee is the same even if you only need the clubhouse for 4 hours.
• A fully refundable damage deposit of is required in addtion to the non-refundable rental fee
• All events must end by 2:00 am
• Renters are responsible for cleaning and trash removal after the event. 
• The clubhouse must be cleaned and ready for the next event by 8:00 am the morning after your event.
• Renters are responsible for any and all damages that occur while they have access to the facility.
• Damage to the property, false security alarms, and or failure to clean and remove all trash will result in loss of all or part of your deposit.
