The Brook Glen Clubhouse is owned by the Brook Glen Neighborhood Association (BGNA). This is a neighborhood facility and is managed by volunteers. The clubhouse can be rented for private events. BGNA members and non-members may rent this facility. 

This is a 2 story facility. The upstairs has a maximum capacity of 90 people. The downstairs capacity is 40. There is a kitchen and bathroom on the upper level. Additional restrooms are on the lower level. 

The clubhouse rental is for the entire day. The use of approximately 10 six foot tables, 5 sixty inch round tables and 80 chairs are available for use with the rental.
